Crazy as it sounds (though following Lincoln), there may be some merit in this. Consider this:

-If Trump loses in SCOTUS, he will lose (a bit) in the court of public opinion, and hence rendering the Insurrection Act and drawing citizen militia to appear less legitimate, thus less effective;

-Deep state and their agents do expect Trump to possibly draw the military some stage, mostly likely after SCOTUS. Perhaps, Trump can strike at a time when the enemy least expects and prepared;

-SCOTUS will not drain the swamp. With Trump inaugurated, it will actually be harder to get the military involved given the major driving force (coup in the form of election fraud) will appear to have been settled. The swamp remains and the intelligence community will have 6 ways from Sunday to retaliate the witnesses and key players in Trump's team.
