Correct me if I'm wrong, but if there's no mask mandate I'm pretty sure lawyers will shit on Walmart for this. It's a lot different from no shirt/no shoes/no dice.

In the eight months this bs been going on only one restaurant has bitched about a mask. I'm in Florida as well. It's getting to the point where many employees are refusing to wear them at work as well.

I live in Miami.

All the fucking stores here have mask mandates since end of March. I would LOVE to sue Publix or Walgreens for forcing masks.

The grocery stores here have a "security guard" at the front entrance waiting to scream at you if you come in without mask. The only time I've gotten away w it was at 7am

Walmart is private property. Don’t shop there if they have a mask mandate.

If you are forced to wear a mask and have a medical condition, and then suffer from said condition (or die) while on their premises, I hope those afflicted parties sue the corporations into goddamn Ed oblivion.

The issue is, can they tell you: You can only enter if you wear a white shirt? Or only if you hop on one leg? Or only if you make the Sieg Heil salute?

Now, the question is if they have free reign over who can enter their buildings, but given that alternatives are crushed over Covid1984, is it sustainable to allow big corporations who more or less now hold monopolies to dictate trivial demands to customers, especially if it would go against their own profit interests by disenfranchising their own customers?

The problem is, if you say "no, it must change" and enact a law, the law is permanent. Now if it could be temporary, for let's say 1 year with a fixed expiration date, it'd be another thing and very reasonable.

The government fucked with you, so the fuckery can be alleviated.

Walmart won't do it simply because its too expensive to check people. But airlines likely will. Colleges too. And Google and Apple will have apps installed on your phone that will be used at certain places like the social credit score shit the commies are using, and you won't be able to go to a ballgame or concert without it.

4
VoidWanderer 4 points ago +4 / -0

But airlines likely will.

And several have already been sued, especially after that bitch with delusions of being more than the glorified waitress that she is got on the intercom of a flight trying to scaremonger people into thinking they'd be arrested for not wearing one. The "mandates" fall apart once people start to push back and apply the same laws and regulations that leftists have demanded be put in place for the past 30 years.

and you won't be able to go to a ballgame or concert without it.

You don't need to watch grown men throw or kick a ball around. You don't need to watch people talking into a microphone in a lyrical way. When you realize that you don't need the circuses then you start to realize just how much of society today is irrelevant. More people are realizing that every day judging by loses from things that are trying to open but failing miserably, like movie theaters.

Didn't people try to sue over mask mandates citing ADA law and nothing came of it? Wonder if that could apply here.

It’s funny bc I’m seeing some “progressive” memes that say “vaccinate POC first!” and I just think back to Tuskegee.

CantStumpTheTrump20 27 points ago +28 / -1

LOL. All the blacks I know are scared shitless of kung flu. The media convinced those idiots pretty well. They will most definitely take the vaccine, they don’t turn down free shit.

I have never heard of anyone dying of Covid from my personal knowledge until a conversation I had with a new employee at work who is black. Sounds like some of her relatives died from it.

I heard that Vitamin D is actually very good for dealing with Coronavirus. And also that blacks have been suffering from it more, because their melanin (which was good for protecting their ancestors from the hot African sun) makes it harder for them to absorb vitamin D without a lot more sunlight.

(Yes, I could be wrong. Medical pedes, don't be too mean when you debunk me).

Further though... if Vitamin D is good for stopping Covid, why did the government tell us to stay indoors instead of "go out in the sun?" Well, I think we know why....

Six months ago, two years ago, this comment would’ve been downvoted. It’s hilarious to me how fucking sick and tired we are of certain types of people.

undecidedmask 3 points ago +3 / -0

After they "vacinate" all the POC they say "wait guys, its actually very bad for people and will make them infertile, guess we've 'accidentally' wiped out the non-aryans!"

Sting 2 points ago +3 / -1

Some of those might be our guys. I’ve seen them coordinating stuff like that on other forums.

Then they will be sued en mass for discrimination.

Yeah well, eight damn months too late. Seems to be par for the course. What’s Fauci doing today? Still working? Still collecting a paycheck?

How did that election security come come along, the thing we had four years to prepare for? Why are we always one step behind these motherfuckers? The night they stole this thing hundreds of us here were saying we need to come out and declare victory immediately before Biden did, because he was going to frame it as his victory and make it harder to “overturn“ the election. That’s how they ended up framing it. If Trump wins his “overturning“ the results. Why are we not in front of that? Hundreds of us regular people here were on to it immediately, as it was happening, and the White House never caught on. I’m astonished. I’m going to be nice and assume that’s not DJT’s fault, but it’s on him for having some of the worst advisors I’ve ever seen in political history.

I HOPE when it's all said and done...

Look. If you work security in a store, and you see a customer stick a product in her purse, you can't just grab her and accuse her of stealing. "I was going to buy it!" she'll protest, and you'll have to let her go.

You have to wait until she walks PAST the cashiers and is ALMOST OUT THE DOOR. Then you MIGHT be able to get her arrested.

I suspect if Trump wants to get these people, he has to get them caught in the crime after they walked past the checkers.

If I moved to Florida from Oregon. I think I’d find out how a Cuban feels when he deflects from Cuba to Florida.

Litecola2 1 point ago +1 / -0

Venezuelan to Florida, too.

Go find that Trump visit to South Florida about Venezuela - many very based LEGAL immigrants spoke about the decline and collapse of their countries and warned of the same process being systematically executed here in the USA. And have some tissues handy, you know, for the onions you'll be cutting.

The part I worry about is employers mandating it for hire. The state won't force it, but if you want to work, you have to take the shot.

WhiteCrow 13 points ago +13 / -0

This is also why part of the Covid plan is to run small businesses into the ground - it isn't just a side effect. Small business allows independence. They want everyone to be warehouse slaves at Amazon facilities, and forcibly vaccinated.

We went last year in the fall, and we'll never return to their parks, because it was really truly awful. Rides broke down during the day, others were closed and replaced with photos-with-characters, which were treated like rides. Service was lackluster and even their cleaning was below the high standards they used to maintain long ago.

Could this lead to a potential law suit?

No lie, after seeing Florida's response to the "pandemic" it really makes me wanna move there. I live in a red state, but unfortunately have a blue governor and the Republicans aren't doing shit to rein him in. I would love to live in a free state again.
