I know my local county cited 20-112 and 20-123 as their authority to impose the county mask mandate. Desantis repealed both of those authorities.
The county hasn't announce their mask mandate is repealed, but I walk around everywhere without a mask. Granted if a private business tells you that you have to wear a mask you either have to wear a mask or leave and not do business with them.

Or the third option, which is don't wear the mask, go about your business, and force them to ask you to leave if they so choose. Put the onus on them to actually enforce it.
