Crimes must generally be proved "beyond a reasonable doubt", whereas civil cases are proved by lower standards of proof such as "the preponderance of the evidence" (which essentially means that it was more likely than not that something occurred in a certain way). https://criminal.findlaw.com/criminal-law-basics/the-differences-between-a-criminal-case-and-a-civil-case.html#:~:text=Crimes%20must%20generally%20be%20proved,occurred%20in%20a%20certain%20way). As long as it's likely (doesn't need to be close to certain, beyond reasonable doubt) that there was fraud, any honest judge should decertify the vote in PA,WI,AZ,NV AND MI.

Big deal. Biden will be POTUS before any of that crap happens. And nothing will come of any of it.

Law firms and organizations are seeing dollars signs right now. These cases are easy to prove, especially the ones of people saying they did not vote in a state but voted in another state and there are 10's of thousands of them. Massive civil lawsuits that will crush these states financially.

Judicial Watch, that's how they make money. Sue in civil court for millions and they can keep it up for a decade or longer. MI is about to get their ass handed to them along with PA. They don't have the money or resources to fight in civil court on that level.
