yeah, 400 fraudulent ballots and she's facing 6 months to 2 and a half years, most likely probation only, and was released on a $250 bond after refusing to answer any questions from investigators. That's hardly what I'd consider 'real punishment'.

400 ballots. That's a solid 30 legitimate lifetimes of voting right there! And there's no telling how many times she has committed this and similar crimes.

Besides, the thing about leftist political criminals is that leftist presidents will pardon them. You pretty much have to execute them.

You give her life with parole to start with, to make sure you don't accidentally kill off a potential witness.
You make clear on her record any suspicions that law enforcement has of conspiracy with others on her part.
So that any parole board who reviews her case understands that if she was really regretful of her action, she would reveal who her co-conspirators were. Than you keep her in prison, with a daily reminder that she could be out in a mere 3 to 5 years if she just gives up who helped her, put her up to it or gave her any advice or incentive to commit this crime.
As if every step of that process isn't infested with leftists who tacitly if not openly approve of her crime.
