He has until Biden takes the oath to use the Insurrection Act. He will not wait quite that long, but he does NOT have to prevent Biden from becoming P-E. In fact it could be argued that allowing Biden to get all the way to that stage STRENGTHENS the case that Biden intended to usurp the election. It also shows that Trump exhausted all possible ways to avoid invoking the extraordinary powers of the Insurrection Act. So I expect the balloon to go up a day or two after 12/14 - long enough for the assholes to fully show their hand.
