It will really come down to if he wants to risk everything including possibly his life and those that he loves to save a republic that is quickly not representing the American people.

State officials may also declare martial law, according to the Brennan Center for Justice, however, “their actions under the declaration must abide by the U.S. Constitution and are subject to review in federal court.”
Why? I always laugh when I see people talking about martial law. You institute martial law to prevent an uprising of the people. What would martial law do that would help trump?
