This is where people step in and make citizen's arrests, arrest them for violation of civil rights under color of law. If you have to get a militia or a large group of armed citizens to do it.... it may come to that. If the local DA refuses to prosecute, sue them. Take it to the courts. Keep arresting "law enforcement" officers that violate your civil rights. If they arrest you, fight it in the courts and sue them for violations of your civil rights. Clearly these "law enforcement" officers are in violation of the law, how is a citizen's arrest not legal and justified.
