It actually wouldn't even BE a Civil War. It would be a Civil Police Action where we would force, at the point of a gun, the Rule of Law. Everything that we're asking for to be done is ALREADY A LAW.
Trump should just deputize large swaths of the population who volunteer for duty and you'll have a massive, but Temporary, Police Force/Army on your hands. We could round everyone up within 2-3 weeks or less and all under the Insurrection Act.
