The federal government needs to return to the constitution. The states never authorized the federal government to fuck with state election processes. The constitution literally says the federal government only has the powers delegated to it specifically by the states.
Interstate commerce clause has been abused for far too long allowing feds to come fuck with states with everything. Get fucked.
If states knowingly mount an insurrection or unknowingly get owned, the federal government should be involved, but not until states have had their chance to work it out on their own.
States have until Dec 14 to figure it out on their own.
If the federal government sees an act of aggression from a foreign country, it has the power to declare war on that country.
Why anyone would want MORE power consolidated in the federal government baffles me.
