I disagree with the second one on the right. If you read that one alone you might think it's ok for the government to stymie your other rights in the interest of protecting your life. That should only happen in EXTREME circumstances. The chief purpose is to protect liberty, which includes life. But liberty is supreme.
“Rebellion to tyranny is obedience to God” technically isn’t his quote, but it was proposed to be on the seal of the United States of America, rejected, and then adopted as his own seal.
"When injustice becomes law, resistance becomes duty” wasn’t said by him, but he expressed similar sentiments.
“Free men do not ask permission to bear arms” is a modification of his proposed wording for an amendment to the constitution of Virginia.
Can’t find anything about the corruption of a Republic one.
“The issue today is the same as it has been throughout all history, whether man shall be allowed to govern himself or be ruled by a small elite” is apparently an interpretation of a letter Jefferson sent.
“Equal rights for all, special privileges to none” may have been, no one seems to be 100% sure.
The others are not his, so we’re looking at 2/11 being questionable, 3/11 being paraphrases, and 1/11 being not a quote of his but a quote he adopted, 5/11 not being related to him.
Mask-wearing Covid fags will latch onto that one. Tommy is SO wrong on that...govt’s chief purpose is NOT TO PROTECT LIFE. How the fuck did he get that so wrong. Wtf??

I don't think it's a real Thomas Jefferson quote.
Most of them arent
Which ones?

I agree ... life without liberty ain't life. If someone wants to eat shit the government isn't allowed to take his liberty to protect his life.
Considering this guy wrote the Bill of Rights, I think we can get an idea of where he's coming from.
