Keep in mind Trump won 14% of San Francisco and they were trying to imply Atlanta & Milwaukee had a more liberal batch.

Easier to hide, not easier to do. Its much easier to pump a large number of fake votes into just a few large Democrat stronghold counties than to spread it out statewide cause of the possibility of witnesses (like all the affidavits have shown.)
Their plan down the road is to obviously use the machines to siphon votes digitally from red counties like they've done, it just doesn't work when someone like Trump comes in and just wrecks their algorithms to the point where they have to stop the count and drain the ballot machines of ink just to print enough ballots to make up the difference.
