So am I right? Is there a case in front of them that they’re not hearing?
They can do whatever they want though, right? Hence Cruz came out today and said they should take up parnell’s case on an expedited time frame or something like that.
My guess is Kavanaugh is sticking with roberts and voting not to hear the case. Barrett, Thomas, Alito, and Gorsouch are being over ridden.
