Over the last two weeks China has issued new laws that block their citizens from obtaining passports or renewing passports. They also blocked people from traveling outside of China. And now they are taking away already issued passports from people living in Wuhan. All of this information was obtained from Official Chinese government websites and I have sources for each but they are in Chinese. No real reporting on this outside of China. They are locking their people in. Why?

Well, according to the Epoch times, it is due to the fact that the chinese are running out of foreign exchange and don't want money flowing out of the country from people traveling to other countries.
Also, they want to prevent information blaming china for the chinese virus from coming back into the country when the travelers return.
