Briefly, an "unidentified man" entered her cell to take photographs according to a document authored by her attorney.
There are legit explanations maybe, such as correctional staff needing to monitor her health but not revealing names in order to avoid possible blackmail attempts.
OTOH, if you wanted to prepare a body double for her in preparation for a possible faked assassination/exfiltration attempt, taking a current picture of her would be just the thing, wouldn't it?
I have no doubt whatsoever she's a Mossad asset, and there is a theory that Epstein was exfiltrated with a dead body double, so this is not out of the question. I mean, what a perfect time to get her out with all of us distracted over the election steal, amirite?
