I used Chrome for years, but I've been trying to de-Google my life as much as possible. I now use Brave.

I use Nord VPN. Very easy to use across multiple devices....

I'm not on their payroll. 👍

It isn't working well for me in Chrome. Occasionally it just says "Database error". Then if I refresh it works.

I tested the site with Edge and it won't even load. Gets redirected to one of those sites that looks like a parked domain or unused site, with noting but a search form.

Is it the browser or is it the 3rd rate hosting / lack of preparation that's bringing it down? I don't know if Wood & Powell knew what they were launching and how to invest/handle the technology aspect of it. Wish they'd gotten better help - it doesn't help to look so much like a $2.1Billion healthcare.gov launch

Found the problem:

Microsoft Edge...

First, use Firefox instead of Chrome, Edge, etc. All browsers use the Chromium engine now except for Firefox, which uses their own Gecko engine.

Second, use DuckDuckGo for search instead of Google, Bing, etc.

They you go. Problems all fixed.

Edit: the database error once you get to kraken-wood.com is a problem with their site, not your browser. Poor quality coding, that is resolved when you reload the page. Basically, their site is an amateurish mess. Did some kid in high school make this for them?
