As people in my state (MI) grow increasingly restless while being fed misinformation I have found it useful to get them to reflect on the difference between conservative and liberal responses to mandates.
Conservative: Leave me the hell alone and let me make my own decisions.
Liberal: I don't like something so everyone else has to change their lives to reflect my opinion.
This is probably obvious to most of us, but living in a blue area, we have to start with our acquaintances somewhere and somehow. Keep fighting the good fight pedes, truth shall overcome.
