By Dominion flipping votes, they are referring to the weighted tally system that was used, making biden votes worth 1+bias and trump votes 1-bias. Sydney thankfully pointed this out, but they need to answer that and explain it. Dominion absolutely 100% EASILY did this, and it's borderline invisible when done correctly.
