Rudy and Trump's legal team are not attacking the international criminal conspiracy that Dominion engaged in. Rudy specifically stated that he is focused on "misconduct of the election" and the corresponding constitutional rights violations and intends to take those arguments to the Supreme Court.
Sidney Powell (and Lin Wood) are focusing on the criminal acts of those involved with Dominion et al. that violate U.S. Federal Law. Up to, and hopefully including, 18 U.S. Code § 2381.Treason.
If the rigging of the machines was the only crime committed, most of the corrupt bureaucrats and volunteers would skate off the hook for simply making "honest mistakes". That would make this information pertinent to Sidney Powell's (and Lin Wood) criminal lawsuits not Rudy's lawsuits.
