Maybe. It's possible Dominion was involved in the ballot harvesting. To my mind there had to have been coordination between Dominion and the people providing and tabulating fake ballots. Dominion set the score which then took days and weeks to make a physical reality.
DOMINION WAS USED IN 29 STATES NOT 46!!!
But other machines use the same software which is where the 46 count is coming from...
