I just walked into a Wal Mart Neighborhood Market that requires masks, without a mask, and the person at the entrance said I need to have a mask and tried to hand me one out of her box of masks, and I just ignored her and kept walking. Was able to get what I needed without a mask and wasn't kicked out or anything.
No idea why people at this point STILL believe masks work or make any difference.
I've been doing this the entire time. It's been an interesting sociological experiment for me. It seems like the more signage and the scarier the signage is, the less willing the people inside are to say something. I'm telling myself it's the "Oh man, he looked right at all those really scary signs and ignored them. What a badass" response even though they're probably just posturing.
I get a lot of dirty looks but IDGAF
I don't wear a mask. I go in and do my own thing and keep to myself. Doesn't seem like I am, but in reality I am hyper aware and I carry a knife and pepper spray with me everywhere I go.
