Is there a timeline for SCOTUS to decide on litigation and if they do not hear it and/or decide to not do the right thing can PDJT still invoke the Insurrection Act?
The insurrection act is the WORST thing Trump could ever do. If Scotus doesn't do the right thing, WE THE PEOPLE will have to be the ones to invoke the Insurrection Act and take matters into our own hands. Hopefully peaceably.
No, Dems wouldn't be able to send the Military, it would look to bad, plus while most of the officers might be liberal crybabies, lower enlisted and NCO's wouldn't follow the orders. BLM and Antifa, we'd have to fight, and it would be bloody, which is why I would pray for a peaceable situation, but if it comes to that I'm sure most of us will stack bodies when needed.
