When will SCOTUS decide on litigation and can PDJT still invoke the Insurrection Act if SCOTUS does no do the right thing?

Is there a timeline for SCOTUS to decide on litigation and if they do not hear it and/or decide to not do the right thing can PDJT still invoke the Insurrection Act?

He could, yes.

The problem is that what will happen is they would article 25 him. He would be impeached and removed in 24 hours with 2/3rds at least in Senate, maybe even more.
