I think his FB speech is a turning point. He finally came out and laid out the facts. He is putting his reputation and credibility on the line. He has to have a great degree of confidence to do this. So, if he is convinced of the election fraud with facts, stats and evidence, he won't let anything, not even the corrupt judiciary, stand between him and victory. It's not even about him anymore. It's about the right to vote in free and fair elections. It's about the survival of the Republic. He will not let that happen.

But that's assuming that it doesn't go to the Supreme Court, who would then announce that each state would get to send 1 elector to the electoral college, resulting in Trump winning by a landslide. And this can happen any day right up until the day the president elect takes office on Jan 20th.
The Congress has to ratify the electors sometime in early January.
If it's determined between Dec 14th and that date that the election was illegitimate, the house can act accordingly. They don't have to ratify electors for a person who was elected by fraud.

If Pelosi somehow decides not to follow the Constitutional mandate to vote on the Presidency, this would be a direct violation of the constitution and the Executive or Judicial would step in.
