Who is this little prick asking an attorney to take an oath? You can tell who the Democrats are. All are dorks wearing a mask and are rude.

Funny thing about an attorney, you’re an officer of the court and are therefore “under oath” anytime you address a legal tribunal.

And these fucking liberal smoothbrains want us to let them run a country ....

Funny thing is, no. As I understand it (asked an actual lawyer while working with him), the courts usually waive swearing in lawyers, because them violating the oath they take with their state bar is just as easy to use to punish them for things like perjury. He said lawyers are held to a higher standard under their Bar oath than the oath a witness swears to.

And, Rudy was right, he was there in an official capacity as a lawyer, and not a witness. And, it's not a courtroom, and that bitch was just being a little bitch talking about swearing Rudy in. Even the chairman pushed his shit in on that.

Aba Model rule 3.3.

Your “friend” sounds like a grade A dipshit

It wasn't a friend, it was a lawyer I worked with. Next time, read for comprehension. You know, the whole "words mean things" concept.

What? No

Source: am attorney

Edit: thanks for the waste of time below which in no way shows we are "under oath"... why do people have to double down on being uninformed? problem in society and unfortunately, with some people, on this website.

Guess you have never read the ABA mode rules then? Specifically 3.3.

Lots of terrible attorneys here, this movement is definitely in good hands with larpers like yourself

Me too, remember that paper you signed on being sworn in to the bar of your state? You shoulda read it.

No offense, but you are most likely a very, very mediocre attorney if you were unaware of this fact.

Feel free to cite a regulation or GTFO

New York State if you don't have a preference

Literally any response other than a citation is proof you have no clue, thanks
