The other reason is they're fine with it because they've won. Partisan fraud will always be easier to commit in areas where your party dominates, especially if it's 80+% of the vote. The odds of having someone risk their livelihoods AND cause their side to lose in the process are far less likely.

I would applaud Democrats challenging Republican results (albeit proper challenges, not "rUsSiA cUz fAcEbOoK") except Republican don't control major population centers so if they did want to rig anything they'd have to do it over an incredible amount of individual counties as opposed to Democrats who can do it in 1-3 per state. This also increases the likelihood of people coming forward as you'd need vastly more people involved in the fraud to begin with.
