The [Oakland] town council supported a motion to shut down Portobello’s outdoor dining license at 4 p.m. every day for a period of 30 days. It was previously allowed to stay open later.”
The restaurant is also facing criminal citations for going over capacity. From the same article: “Police Chief Keith Sanzari said his department also issued the owner citations and criminal charges for allowing crowds both on the night before Thanksgiving and Saturday night. Two citations are for violating the governor’s executive orders and two criminal complaints are for ‘maintaining a nuisance for knowingly or recklessly allowing a large group of persons to gather on the premises thereby endangering the health of a number of people,’ Sanzari said in a statement Tuesday.”

The State is expecting full compliance with these unconstitutional orders. Noncompliance leads to criminal charges and revoking of operating licenses. I’ve gone to the restaurant for years, they’re a local staple and well known in the area. Portobellos might shut down at the end of all of this because they didn’t comply with the Communist decrees. Fellow oakland pede!! And it wasn't mentioned in the screenshot but I drove past another huge crowd there saturday night with tons of cops. Thats what drove dictator murphy over the edge because it wasn't just one night of it.
