I keep seeing more and more posts and comments about people calling for martial law. Are people here that lost that we would be calling for all of our rights to be suspended. The irony is absolutely astounding. For one, this gives the government the "right" to seize all of your weapons and your property. Habeas corpus gets thrown out the window...that is due process if you are unaware. Search and seizure without warrants would become wide spread. All of this would be carried out by the military on official orders. The constitution goes out the window and the government gains complete control. It is the most Anti-American enforcement possible.

Yes, I know many of your are sitting there saying "the constitution does not go out the window and it does not grant the government the right to take our guns."

If you don't think our government would do those things, then you are out of your damn mind. We just have to look back at Hurricane Katrina for the most recent time this took place. People had their weapons seized left and right and houses were searched without warrants. Keep in mind, this is the same government that actively rigged our election. And it has already been proven that many higher ups in the military are straight up snakes. .

It is also the same government that is already not listening to the Constitution. Declaring martial law would be the absolute worst thing that could ever happen to this country.

Look at what Lincoln did in 1861.

You have no idea what you're talking about.

Crawl back to your safe space......we got this

My safe space? And you got what? Martial law is not you having anything. It puts the military in complete control of the people. That is not the people gaining power at all. It is literally the exact opposite. So what exactly do you got?

The insurrection act would be a much better choice for one. To implement martial law without first showing forensic evidence, which is what most of the people are waiting to see, would be the worst possible move Trump could do. It would make the "normies" who do not visit this site frequently completely turn against him. The media would spin it so much that it would make him look like a completely insane tyrant. And yes, I know, the media lies. But the majority of Americans still listen to the media and have no idea what is going on. I talk to Trump supporters constantly at my job and they have no idea what is going on in the election. If Trump came out and declared martial law before showing forensic evidence and red pilling everyone FIRST...his presidency would be done.

He understands that he has to let it play out in the courts first. If he made a move that drastic to soon, the results would be catastrophic. It would have the opposite affect of what he would be wanting to achieve.

I believe in the 4 boxes. Until all the evidence is presented, and the Supreme Court makes its ruling, we can not call for things as serious as martial law.

I believe in God and I believe there is a reason that he took RBG to hell right before the election. There are no coincidences. There is a reason Trump appointed the exact amount of Supreme Court Justices that would be needed for this coming moment.

If the Supreme Court rules in Trumps favor, the left will absolutely flip out like we have never seen before. This will be the time that the Insurrection Act will be called for.

Check out the US code on this matter, in doing so, GEOTUS can call up the UNORGANIZED MILITILA by law. Guess who that is. That’s us pede.

That is the insurrection act. Which I mention in comments on this post that the insurrection act would be a better choice.

I want martial law.

I want it now.

I want Trump in charge of EVERYTHING.

He's the only one I trust.

I want martial law while he rounds up ALL the traitors. All those governors who cheat, defraud, and trample on our rights.

And then I want fully televised military tribunals.

I want all the networks forced to broadcast them.

When executions are carried out, I want them broadcast, too.

We'll clean out that commie shit once and for all.

Or he utilizes the Insurrection Act which grants this:

Sec. 333. Interference with State and Federal law The President, by using the militia or the armed forces, or both, or by any other means, shall take such measures as he considers necessary to suppress, in a State, any insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combination, or conspiracy, if it-- (1) so hinders the execution of the laws of that State, and of the United States within the State, that any part or class of its people is deprived of a right, privilege, immunity, or protection named in the Constitution and secured by law, and the constituted authorities of that State are unable, fail, or refuse to protect that right, privilege, or immunity, or to give that protection; or (2) opposes or obstructs the execution of the laws of the United States or impedes the course of justice under those laws.

according to the law, and I could definitely be wrong here, he can actually use militias.

10 US Code ss 252 and 253

Thank you.

And yes, he could use it to call on the militias. It sounds crazy, but I’d support him calling on the national guard along with the militias more than just the military. I believe a lot of Americans would stand up and it would show the deep state who they are fucking with.

The President already has extraordinary powers in a national emergency that has already been declared. All he need do is invoke the insurrection act to seize the evidence of fraud and use military tribunals for the traitors. Martial law is something that should never be invoked. Thank you for stating the reasons so eloquently. I have refrained from commenting on these posts because it makes me so angry I cannot even write a response.

Martial Law under Trump would be slightly different than the Martial Law were going to get under Biden-Harris. Honestly, I think most of us are sick of the shit going on that we see only extreme measures are going to fix this.

Its about time someone stepped up to the plate and called this bullcrap out, so thank you

Too many on this site are "Yaaaa lets do Martial Law man! Then we can stick to the Democrats"

People aren't thinking beyond their knee-jerk emotions

2
Itscrazytime [S] 2 points ago +3 / -1

I feel like many people think it’s a game and it won’t affect them. Not realizing the seriousness or the ramifications that would come from implementing something as extreme as martial law.

Fuck that. Scorched earth on the communists.

1
Itscrazytime [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

Martial law implements full communist rule essentially. I personally do not want to look out my window and see military coming down my street. I do not want checkpoints set up everywhere for me to go places. I do not want my weapons being seized. What makes you think that this could not happen to you if martial law was implemented? You do realize that it would have a drastic affect on you everyday life don't you?

Martial law declared by Trump would put everything in the hands of Trump. I'm okay with that. He's not going to take our guns and he's not going to lock us down. Relax and have a cream soda.

1
ancillasedet 1 point ago +1 / -0

The problem with them taking our guns is that, boating accidents aside, we have a lot of them. I'll go with being average. I am a decent shot, my wife qualified marksman (possibly marksperson these days) and on the bayonet

Itscrazytime [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

And as soon as you open fire on the military, a .50 cal loaded on the back of a humvee or MRAP rolling down your street will blow you and her apart.

I just responded to one comment where I clarified this. Forensic evidence must be presented first before any extreme acts like this are carried out. Otherwise, he will lose the American populace.

1
ancillasedet 1 point ago +1 / -0

I agree about the forensic evidence. If the 50 cal worked, they would have ended all the endless wars already.

1
Itscrazytime [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

We are in endless wars because we try to win the hearts and minds of a populace that doesn’t want us there. The issue isn’t killing the people we are at war with. We are very efficient at that.

ancillasedet 1 point ago +1 / -0

I think your trying to to extract too many details

1
Itscrazytime [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

Extract too many details about martial law being declared because a foreign entity bought our voting machines and then paid off high ranking members of our government to help overthrow a president that got more votes in history. All while the media runs propaganda 100% of the time to brainwash the American people into believing that Trump is actually the bad guy and he worked with a foreign government to get elected originally and is now staying a coup to stay in power.

No, I’m not overthinking anything. I think 99% or Americans are under thinking what is actually going on. And the seriousness of martial law that could come from such a situation.

I really need rest. I will rephrase your argument tomorrow. If I forget, I have a lot to do tomorrow, remind me. Night fellow pede,
