That (supposedly reputable) Chinese guy said he requested a pardon and less than 48 hours later he is getting put in a boot under suspicious circumstances and his media shadows weren’t allowed near the facility. Nothing is coincidence, something is up.
I think it's more likely he got a blood clot removed from his foot. Biden isn't exactly the most active person, and we've literally seen him get blood clots in his eye on live tv. The boot is just to cover up the surgery they needed to do on his foot.
