Not arguing at all about the benefits. They paid for 6 years of tuition at Ohio State and offer one of the best health insurance packages. It took 12-15 years to get a full time position in Columbus and even longer to become a driver but that was a major hub. Might be different in smaller buildings with high employee turnover but I can only speak from my own experience
No it doesn't take that long to become a driver.
They also offer AMAZING health insurance for part time workers. So yeah, it's minimum wage but with awesome insurance.
