It took a lot to make using TD.win a realistic prospect, coming from Reddit. Reddit is very convenient as a hub for people with a multitude of hobbies. Apparently the devs here we successful in making it convenient enough that a ton of people were satisfied with the opportunity cost. Amazing work.

For what it's worth, installing the Alexa toolbar and visiting thedonald.win will increase the alexa ranking of the site marginally.
I'm a webmaster so I use it for internet marketing and competitive research, so my toolbar has an influence on the site.
If everyone on the site had it installed, it would look (to Alexa / Amazon) that the site gets 100x the traffic that it actually gets, and we'd probably be in the top 500.
The idea is that Alexa figures that ~63 million people use the toolbar and there are 4.6 billion internet users, therefore every Alexa toolbar user equals about 73 visitors.
The only point in saying this is to educate people about what these numbers mean, where they come from, and how these numbers are estimated.
That's why I have it installed on my chrome browser that I only use to visit this site. I don't trust either of them, but I do love to rub it in their noses that their censorship is backfiring. I tried using this setup on theepictimes.com but it kept freezing my computer so I gave up.
I even got my parents on this site. Took Fox to backstab them to see what I've been telling them for years.

My original idea was for people to hang these signs in the windows of their vehicles to make Mobile Billboards of Truth, and drive around in their free time in BUSY PLACES at BUSY TIMES OF DAY. With this tactic we can bypass the fake news media and get messages to people who will never hear them otherwise. Plus you can do it any day of the week (in between rallies) and it's fun! :-)
And I love it when people tell me about other new creative ways to use them, such as making stickers!

The problem is you can point something out til the cows come home but provide proper evidence and proof of claims or that's all they are. Also motive is something you need to make a solid case for the information you are trying to provide. If you can't provide all of those things it just comes across as propaganda and hearsay.
