I spent a huge chunk of the 1980s playing that game - even did a few rounds with buddies while sitting in the back of a C-141 coming back from Desert Storm (yeah, I'm that old). Lost most of the books in a flood back in 1993, but I still got a few in a box somewhere, and I'll always have the memories.
(I don't get the downvotes either... being a nerd gets me a healthy six-figure salary w/ stock & bonuses, while running a team of developers for a rather large corporation. It also didn't stop me from finding a fellow nerd and raising two awesome kids with her, so I have no complaints).

No the vote was being constantly updated in small batches and then there were several impossible ballot dumps. He confused the reporting of results that tv news casters did with the NYT's live data feed of uploaded ballot counts.
He didn't choose to understand that a recount wont show Dominion software fraud if the tabulated votes are back filled with fraud ballots. Why would you use both software and paper ballots? To get the immediate reporting of results you need for narrative, to prevent the state being called for Trump. You then backfill the ballots with both added ballots and the destruction of ballots, to prevent your manipulations from being seen on a random sample audit.
Poll books only come close to matching tabulated ballots because they backfilled the supplemental voter roll, and it took them until the day before certification to do it. The supplemental book should have been available within a day or two of the election.
Everyone is focusing on Detroit where the conduct of poll workers was the worst. But Dr. Shiva's analysis shows the margin of theft really occurred in smaller cities and largely Trump controlled counties where 1-3% of votes were switched or destroyed. Detroit had a large ballot dump but this is because their voters couldn't be bothered to return their absentee ballots. They didn't overvote significantly in Detroit but they needed to dump over 100k fraud ballots because of lazy voters not showing up and not returning their ballots.
The 6k vote switch county had clerical error as the excuse saying the tape reflected the real votes. But the Colonel found down ballot counts didn't match. Why did it take 2 days for the recount that didn't show a ballot discrepancy? The ballots were being corrected because the fraud had been found.
I think too he implied they could catch dominion fraud if they fed all the ballots through and see what it read. Which would work if...the machines were actually airgapped.
They need to be hand counted because the machine can be programmed to spit out the same result regardless of what ballot goes in. There might be ways around this, grabbing different samples, but I doubt the election officials they use to verify the system are that bright. Often they pull in one of Dominion's sister companies for the audit, but most of them are linked and can't be trusted.
