One of the guys pointed out that the gross number of votes in Detroit wasn’t that much different from 2016. Is that excluding mail in votes?
Also, I think it’s a shitty parallel, because i’d bet they did a shotty job back then too.

If I have machines that switch votes from one candidate to another, it's easy to make it so the gross number comes out to look ok.
But scanning batches multiple times should increase the gross number.
