For a while now I've been looking at ways to explain fraud in this election in terms of past events we already know about and it finally hit me that the setup for 2020 election fraud is astoundingly similar to a rigged carnival game. All the major players are there: thousands of citizens participating in a state sanctioned event, an out of town carnival game owner who receives permission to operate a business where citizens will be interacting and most importantly, a contest (carnival game) played over and over similar to how an election will be contested by thousands of individuals participants, usually only once.
The analogy goes further than similarities however, consider that carnival game owners are in complete control of their booth, similar to how Dominion and all electronic election companies are now declaring autonomy in a public election. Think about these circumstances, a traveling company we know nothing about, who we have no idea who finances show up in town, asks our city for permission to operate on our taxpayer funded facilities and receives permission to operate autonomously, nearly in any way or form they wish to. The premise is that within the limits a small square of state sanctioned property and only for a limited duration declared by the state, the carnival game owner can create laws governing that entity. They are the legislators of those laws, judge, jury and executioner. Violate their laws and they can call police on you declaring you are violating those laws.
The gist is quite simple: the sovereign state demands you submit to their laws even though they operate on the land you pay for and charge you for the privilege to do so. Sound familiar? Election companies receive government funds to operate in an election, they are a for profit business model not a charity. See my election company post for reference of how corrupt the companies are doing just that:
Now to the connection. How do you charge a carnival game owner with a crime? If you, a random person shows up to the operator of the stall and declare that he committed a crime, he will laugh at you. "Prove it". This is the de facto legal defense against all accusations against the sovereign state, "I don't see a crime, can you show me where a crime happened on my property?". If the person in charge of adjudicating crimes denied they happened you as an individual cannot go any further than accusations without the help of an outside party. We illustrate the concept as such:
No matter how hard you yell or how many crowds you bring, the law declaring the stall operator king of the 20 square foot castle overrules all logic and reason.
The question is simple: how do you prove a carnival game is rigged if they don't permit you to go inside to investigate? An outside third party agency is needed to refute or confirm the claims. If you are not invading their property and they are unwilling to admit to a crime occurring, only a third party can do anything about it. If the third party is unwilling to investigate, nothing will in fact happen at all.
The last part of this scenario is the fact that carnival game owners have in fact been charged with fraud. The challenge isn't proving that cheating occurred, it's building a case that will give a third party the confidence to pursue into court. For a case to be brought to court they have to have the smoking gun in their hand, owner, name and fingerprints already on file. As dumb as it sounds you cannot find out what happened in court, you have know what happened to prove what happened.
As bleak as this might seem there is an interesting facet to all of this. If we can prove there was election fraud in even one city (one stall in a carnival) this is grounds for investigating the entire operation. I believe the snowball can get rolling with even one successful investigation, you only need to knock down one domino to get them all to fall down. If the same tactics used to in one city were applied in other cities or even states this taints the entire network operating our elections. Hopefully you now get that getting the balling rolling will be the most difficult part, but once it happens a freefall may be in the works.
