Before I buy this... why is it blacked out right after Albany. There is an Albany GA... just saying before any BS comes of this. Need to be 100% certain it is Albany NY.

I am aware there is an Albany NY, but there is also an Albany GA. and why is it blacked out after "Albany". That is what I am questioning.
Looks like an T after that Albany, maybe the city in Albany? Dallas has many cities within it. Possibly the exact area

One reason would be “lowest bidder” , another reason “high quality” or “dependable”.
