I think having an attractive mother is not a negative thing.
It really depends on how close and comfortable you are with the person delivering the message. A stranger on the internet who has never met your mother obviously can just be dismissed.

Calling someone else's mother a milf is complimentary bar talk / locker room talk. You obviously wouldn't give a wedding speech about it.
