I agree with a lot of that statement but there is massive blame to be placed on those who give the police their orders. The reason the rioting has been allowed to occur in select cities and states is due to the police being forced to stand down by the democrat leaders such as mayors and governors. It is near impossible for the police to do their jobs when their leaders are leftist police hating terrorists who will not allow their police departments to enforce the law.
