Ballots should be printed by the Federal mint. then handed out on a person by person basis after identification is verified. I think maybe. I hate letting the government do anything.

It’s a notbingburger. It’s perfectly legal to have your ballots printed anywhere in the USA as long as the printer follows regulations. If they were filled out, that would obviously be a different story.
