This is fucking stupid. Besides there being an Albany in Georgia, is there anything wrong with a printing company in a different state printing ballots? It would be weird in this case because GA has no shortage of paper pulp mills and labor is cheap, but nothing wrong with it.

Can we try to focus a bit? Label this person is a disinfo op and move on.
