No, that's nonsense. Crime has nothing to do with private property. When you commit a crime on a private property you are still accountable for it. Making certain people not to be accepted on your property is a different story.

That is discrimination, again, a crime. Under the laws enforced by EEOC, it is illegal to discriminate against someone (applicant or employee) because of that person's race, color, religion, sex (including gender identity, sexual orientation, and pregnancy), national origin, age (40 or older), disability or genetic information.

Bars won't sell you drinks unless you are 21. Is that discrimination? No it's not. Get familiar with laws.
