Honestly, this is one of the reasons I hope that Roe is overturned. Not purely because of how permissive it is in relation to abortions, but because it was poorly argued when ruled on and leaves the door open for things like state sanctioned suicide etc to be argued based on the precedent (4A). Suicide technically being a crime and denying people access to suicide through medical practitioners is wrong and I’d like it to be available to citizens without medical practitioners potentially being charged with homicide, but its flawed if it’s based on precedent established by Rowe).
