Or he knew and was blatantly gaslighting her. Wouldn’t put it past these people.

twodumb2live 80 points ago +80 / -0

This. Gaslighting a meek, upset, and clearly frightened woman.

78
Gooseontheloose 78 points ago +78 / -0

That wasn't for her. He said that for the news and the normies who will do no research.

Yes, she knew her stuff. Even quoted back the rules for registering etc.

23
Lenny_Kravitz2 23 points ago +23 / -0

This is exactly what happened.

He used his position of authority to make her question what she knew to be true and she was obviously very nervous being in that situation.

21
day221 21 points ago +21 / -0

To top it off he then followed it up by defaming her character to discredit her testimony "yeah, you're just confused". He is a sick person.

12
Harper42190 12 points ago +12 / -0

In reality he was the confused one...what's worse is that he retweeted something stating he was right following the hearing. He owes her an apology big time and I tweeted that shit straight at him. Fuck him

3
Centipedealicious 3 points ago +3 / -0

Not confused. Intentionally misrepresenting the truth. Typical democrat.

1
Harper42190 1 point ago +1 / -0

I believe he truly thinks he knows the law... Most Dems think they know the law, but really only know half of it ...and quite frankly the most meaningful half my most the time.

DothrakiDani 45 points ago +45 / -0

Lol. Yea. Simply goggled MICHIGAN VOTER *IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS...boop. 2 government sites stating they had to have photo id. Feel like the dry ramen crunchy guy...right there..its..its right there. But way to demean and dismiss a woman who worked hard to learn the rules and follow them..so foreign to you lot.

Redpillgirlfrommars 39 points ago +40 / -1

He even said "i've never had to show an ID any time I've voted". Thanks for admitting there is fraud!

12
BidenHunter 12 points ago +12 / -0

Exactly. He admitted there do much fraud that he's literally never been asked for ID, despite ID requirements.

"Our elections are so secure, that they had no clue who I was and let me vote anyways"

8
HuggableBear 8 points ago +8 / -0

It's a bit of a slippery requirement is the problem.

The rule is that if you have one, you have to show it, but you can still vote if you don't have one by signing the affidavit.

The slippery part is the wording. It says "not in possession". Does that mean "Not in possession of one at all" or "Not in possession on your person at this time"?

If it's the former, anyone who signed one of those things and is registered with the DMV should have their vote thrown out and do some jail time.

5
day221 5 points ago +5 / -0

They have to show proof of residency to register within 14 days. If you watch her response she tries to say this when she mumbles "0 to 14 days". I don't think there is even an affidavit option for that.

2
BidenHunter 2 points ago +2 / -0

They weren't having them sign the affidavits, which was one of the points made in the hearing. But that guy could really care less. They buy their seats in Michigan.

Fuckin piece of shit. He knew if he was ultra aggressive about it she might start to doubt herself. She’s there providing step by step info about how the election was stolen and he thinks it’s time to interrogate. Meanwhile not a single person that was complicit in these crimes has had to speak publicly.

They better hope that when some of these local election workers start getting exposed that we are more understanding than they are.

Can one of you talented pedes make some meme magic or use the clip of her explaining it, him telling her she's confused and then drop the evidence of her being correct. They both deserve to be famous. She is a beautiful God loving patriot, and he is a twisted compromised shill that doesn't deserve the seat his ass occupies.

8
RedTie45 8 points ago +8 / -0

This entire debacle has shown just how completely and totally ignorant “our elected representatives” are about the job they’re supposed to be doing.

None of them know the laws, processes, or procedures around voting; they don’t know a thing about the constitution or their duty as “representatives”.

If they do know, they’re blatantly, willingly ignoring it.

6
LogicalPatriot 6 points ago +6 / -0

Yeah I confirmed this as well via a quick websearch,

4

LaGrand lied under oath as a Court Appointed State Representative?

"Bring me his black file and get that faggot on the phone within the next 15 minutes. Hold my other calls, unless it's the Big Guy himself."

2
BidenHunter 2 points ago +2 / -0

He wasn't under oath.

4
kekNation 4 points ago +4 / -0

She cited the law correctly but the language barrier made it easy for LeGrande to challenge her.

Witness clearly said “for those registering 0-14 days out”.

This is why Rudy needs an election law lawyer from each state present at these.

3

3
TaxDollarsHardAtWork 3 points ago +4 / -1

Either he's a moron or a liar. Given the fact that this is a concerted effort by the democrats to "take" the election I'm no longer ascribing "incompetence" to bad actors.

Leftists tell you not to ascribe malice where incometence can be explained so as to misdirected you from realizing that they are doing this on purpose. Don't fall for it ever again.

2
Centipedealicious 2 points ago +2 / -0

I just sent him an email saying the same thing.

3
Wyzer 3 points ago +3 / -0

The guy used "semantics", he "basically" right, when using said semantics. You don't need a form of ID to Vote in MI, you can just sign an Affidavit saying you forgot it, and your vote counts.

So in actual practice, you don't need an ID to vote in MI, just a slip of signed paper.

So it's all shit, anyone can vote in MI, and I would be "shocked" to see if anyone has actually been charged with signing a false affidavit to vote.

5
preferredfault [S] 5 points ago +5 / -0

Except he was wrong, because exactly what she was talking about was people coming in to register to vote....and which would you ask for first....ID or the affidavit? Obviously the ID. And the affidavit is about not having ID in the first place. So of course you'd have to ask if they have ID first, then if they say they don't have any, then you move on to the affidavit part.

He wasn't "basically right" or "semantics", he was wrong, because a registered voter not needing an ID to vote, wasn't the topic of discussion. He was just a moron who wanted to lash out like a child, to get a sound clip in, that fake news could run to appear like witnesses and whistleblowers are being discredited.

What he was also basically trying to do, was threaten her too just like the other one was doing. He was basically implying that she did something improper and against the law. Which obviously implies potential personal consequences. This is how they try to make people go away, by scaring them with veiled threats.

1
day221 1 point ago +1 / -0

It also says you need proof of residence within 14 days which I think she tried to mumble in response if you watch the video.

2
artman33 2 points ago +2 / -0

She practically stated it word-for-word, LOL!

2
EaglesFanInPhx 2 points ago +2 / -0

The idiot didn't even listen to her. She was talking about registering to vote, he was talking about actually voting.

2
just2groovy 2 points ago +2 / -0

He was so disrespectful.

According to this he basically admitted that his vote was accepted illegally.

2
SyNiKaLiTy 2 points ago +2 / -0

I could have fucking confirmed that... I live in MI and ID is REQUIRED to vote in person. I think he was confused because you don't need to have ID, let alone a pulse to vote via Mail in BS.

2
Magamom2020 2 points ago +2 / -0

She gave an answer saying if registering to vote within 0-14 days before election days some form of id is required.

2
LucianBaumCox 2 points ago +2 / -0

There has been no election I have participated in that doesnt require legal identification. What a stupid thing to question.

After listening to these hearings for the last few days, I've asked myself how these people got their jobs??? It's embarrassing at how little some of these legislatures know. The lady in MI yesterday that could never ask a question but just attacked everyone was insufferable. The two ladies in GA disagreed with the Constitutional expert. These people embarrassed themselves and their communities. It was clear that none of them cared about proof or fraud or any wrongdoing. They obviously got the result they wanted and that's all that matters. Those three women need to lose their jobs.

1
ProudlyConservative 1 point ago +1 / -0

That one man with the gray mask in MI was insufferable as well🙄.

The lady was stunned and it took her a moment to process what the hell he was talking about.

And then she recited the law by rote. Of course everyone ignored her and moved on.

If Rudy had been sure of her facts he would've had everyone hold up and hear her out.

What was so troubling about his question, and her inability to answer, was that she had already stated that the elections handbook states that the ID must be verified. She must have been really confused when he asked his question because she should have just said, "As I stated before, the handbook is what I was going by. It states that ID must be verified."

0
lucifer_fit_deus 0 points ago +1 / -1

That’s for new registrations, not people already registered coming in to vote.

2
preferredfault [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

Which is exactly what she was talking about and doing. She was dealing with people registering to vote right before the election.

0
lucifer_fit_deus 0 points ago +1 / -1

First she was processing applications for Absentee Voters.

Next she was processing “registered” voters in the rolls for in person balloting.

She says she asked for ID to verify their signature and name in print. She was not registering new voters. She did not claim she was registering new voters and she makes clear why she was asking for ID.

You can disagree with the lack of voter ID requirement for “registered” voters, but the requirement for new registrants OP posted does not prove that Michigan law does require it.

Spez: Michigan Law does require ID for registered voters.

ViduusMAGA -1 points ago +3 / -4

Man I’m coming down on the “wrong side” a lot today.

It says you can provide an affidavit instead of the photo of which the representative and the lady both agreed on.

The question was the 14 day window she mentioned. She stated a photo was required and mentioned something like a passport. The highlight on the right page only says residency is required and doesn’t mention the photo id in regards to the 14 day period.

I might be missing something but this doesn’t prove either of them right or wrong.

3
shragae 3 points ago +3 / -0

"You have until Election Day at 8pm to register to vote. However, the earlier you register, the quicker and easier it will be.

You can register to vote at Michigan.gov/Vote. If you do not have a Michigan driver’s license or state ID card, there are several other options to register by paper form.

However, within 14 days of Election Day, you must register to vote in person at your local clerks’ office and provide proof of residency. Visit Michigan.gov/Vote to learn more about your options for voter registration."

2
Bannedmanytimes 2 points ago +2 / -0

Didn't she mention that a signed affadavit could ve used in lieu of a photo ID? Maybe I'm misremembering but if that is what she said this confirms that: https://www.michigan.gov/sos/0,4670,7-127-5647_12539_29836-182649--,00.html

1
ViduusMAGA 1 point ago +1 / -0

She did but the critical point was a 14 day window where she said it was mandatory.

It stemmed from the legislature questioning her on an earlier statement about her saying “for her own personal comfort she needed the Id” and hun asking if she was aware it was needed.

Her response mentioned the affidavit in general but then she added that within 14 days of the election it was mandatory. She sounded very confident and seemed like a follow the process to the T or did kind of person so I’m sure she’s correct.
