The list is missing Connecticut. As of October, 64% of deaths are from Nursing Homes. Gov. Ned Lamont indirectly promoted that infected patients remain within the facilities to greatly increase the number of infected. I know of first hand accounts where entire wings were lost from 1 infected patient.
