There are official vendors for ballots. Codemonkey posted the link to his twitter and none are in NY
Not only that, it's not like they would be printing ballots in dozens of locations in NY. So the fact that this post has been made in public means those who perpetrated the fraud already know which business has in their employ someone willing to talk.
