Last I checked, a great way to stop HIV would be to ban sex out of wedlock. A great way to stop drink driving deaths and domestic violence would be to ban the sale of alcohol. If these folks are ok with demanding that perfectly healthy adults wear masks for a virus with a 99.9% survival rate, they should be on board with those other measures.
