Heard a clip of Claudia Tenney (NY-22) on Ingraham saying that Cuomo changed NYS election law via executive order in June, allowing anyone to get a ballot without showing ID.
Isn't this the same thing that they did in PA through the courts, change the law without the state legislature's approval?

Plenty of fraud in NY too. There is no way that dems have control of both houses if it wasn’t for fraudulent elections. Aside from dem strongolds like NYC and a few of the larger cities across the state, NY is red. I sure don’t believe the bs about ‘finding’ 55 ballots either.

The Supreme Court has ruled on a few states already (pre-election), if it was passed via state legislature (a state law) the changes would stand; all other changes would not (specifically order by a judge, I would ~assume~ the same would apply to a Governor’s order)
Apparently in August Cuomo used an EO to allow no excuse absentee ballots
