I have not seen the video. I have been too late.

Likely scenarios:

  1. statement was made in early November when Trump's plan was not final
  2. Trump is so confident to win that he wants to get on their nerves
  3. Trump wants to see who is RINO/not-RINO by throwing people off
  4. Fake video

Help me interpret this situation, please!

Trump has no way of knowing for certain that the democrats and the deep state won't be able to pull of this steal.

I think he has not played all his cards yet, and he was exactly certain that he would win.
