12/14 State electors vote. If they give one candidate a winning 270, Courts can only throw out the popular vote entirely, sending the choosing of State electors to State Legislators. It's telling that this is what DJT has asked for in WI.
1/6 Congress votes. If they name a winner, Courts can't override that.
