You're forgetting the only option that will do anything. What do Trump's lawyers keep saying? Also, it's important to understand the timeline:
12/14 electors vote. If they give one candidate a winning 270, Courts can only throw out the popular vote entirely, sending it to the State legislatures to choose electors. It's telling that this is what DJT has asked for in WI. This has never happened afaik. It's not what happened in 1824.
1/6 Congress votes. If they decide a winner, Courts can't override that.
Certainly not! Watch them though. They might give us a clear resolution by 12/14, either way. Failing that, there's the slightest chance they do something right by 1/6. It's not a question of trust, it's a matter of what they do. If anything. The D plan is to cause total confusion, inaction, and run out the clock. We knew this a year ago.
