Wow...what an epic response.....fact is politicians are immune to any prosecutions for whatever they say in congress...This woman is a true hero.....may God bless her and keep her safe....
There are a couple of states that subject legislators to the same laws as general citizens. However most do not... mostly due to the fear that LEO being very much under the Executive head could easily be used to arrest and harass opposition legislators.
